This notice covers the project inquiry form on the HENSO website. We collect information relevant to responding to your inquiry, contacting you and discussing potential cooperation.
Information you provide
The form collects your name, contact details, project stage and project description. Company, estimated quantity, timing, material preference, available drawing or sample status, and delivery region are optional. Attachments are not accepted here; their transfer can be arranged during follow-up. Do not submit passwords, identity documents, bank details or other information unrelated to your project inquiry.
How your information is used
Your information is used to understand your requirements, contact you and support business discussions. It is accessed and handled by authorized personnel. A successful submission does not establish an agreed quotation, delivery date or order.
Storage and protection
This website uses Cloudflare to serve its pages and store inquiries. To help prevent abuse, the form database stores submission times and a cryptographic digest of the network address; it does not store the original IP address.
We save submitted information for these purposes and use access restrictions and other measures to protect it. You may request access, correction or deletion by phone or WeChat below. We may need to verify your identity and inquiry reference. Requests are handled according to applicable requirements and the circumstances.
Local browser records
The project form on the current main site temporarily keeps a draft in this tab’s session storage, so you can continue after refreshing or switching language. It expires after 24 hours without edits. It contains the project and contact details you entered and, when a submission is not yet confirmed, the request identifier needed to prevent duplicates. Session signatures and the privacy checkbox are not saved in the draft. Please accept the privacy notice again after restoring it. A successful submission or clearing the draft removes it. You can still submit if browser storage is unavailable. This draft feature does not apply to the preserved classic pages.
The browser also keeps the most recent successful reference locally, without your name, contact details or project text. Clear this website’s browser data to remove it. If you choose to save a receipt, a text file containing your submitted project and contact details is downloaded to your own device. Keep it securely. Necessary session verification helps prevent abuse; the inquiry form does not use advertising trackers.
